Ozane has been a leader in New Jersey’s pest control industry since
1917 – no small feat for a company that started with one technician and one, six-dollar-a-month customer. For years, private home- and business- owners throughout Ocean and Monmouth Counties have depended on our professional, courteous service and competitive prices to keep their homes, restaurants and businesses free of termites, ants, roaches and more.

Our success can be attributed to two factors: the leadership of our owner, President Thomas Koerner, who has run Ozane since 1965, and the talent and dedication of our employees. With three of his sons, Christopher, David and Jeffrey, Thomas Koerner has set his sites on making customer-service even better while keeping people, animals and the environment safe. Together, the Koerners oversee operations at the main office in Toms River, New Jersey – home base to the 20 employees that help keep thousands of Ozane customers satisfied and pest-free. Several of those employees have been with Ozane for more than 20 years and are skilled at executing the specific services required by their diversified clientele.

We are a member of the Better Business Bureau of South Jersey and the New Jersey Pest Control Association. Thomas Koerner’s past involvement in the pest control industry includes serving as President of the New Jersey Pest Control Association and as Director of the National Pest Control Association, and leading educational seminars at Rutgers University.
